About Us

JL Integrated (M) Sdb. Bhd. is an independent investment company, founded in 2015, the investment business unit invests and manages green technology companies and renewable energy power plants in Malaysia. We also provide Asset Management services as well as Merger & Acquisition Advisory services to our selected Clients.

Our team has combines 550 MWp grid-connected solar plants experience across South East Asia. Thanks to the enormous experience of our renewable energy and finance teams, JLI is set to become one of Malaysia’s leading green technology companies. Furthermore, our team members have a combined total of more than 30 years of green technology investments i.e., recycling, photovoltaic, e-mobilities.

Asset Management services:

We have developed an efficient and detailed approach to projects and businesses from screening and selection of suppliers, to process design, construction and operation management. Thanks to our care and constant monitoring, carried out via various tools and a state-of-the-art smart monitoring system, our investments boast impressive performances.

Regular checks, as well as our management and monitoring activities, ensure maximum efficiency which in turn assures a stable investment return. We also provide administrative services.

Funding & Advisory services:

JLI secure a total of RM400M funding to acquire green technology companies and fund solar power plants & green technology projects.
